How to get a delivery receipt for Last Mile Delivery

Need proof of delivery for your last-mile delivery shipment? Whether you’re a business ensuring accountability or a recipient confirming receipt, having a signed delivery receipt is essential. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to access a scanned image of your signed delivery receipt in pCustoms once the delivery is complete.


Step 1: Go to the Tracking module

Scroll down to the "Tracking" section in the Last Mile Delivery Entity Profile, and then click the "Images" button:

Step 2: Download the delivery receipt

From the document types dialog, select the "Delivery Receipt":

Then, click on "Submit":

Deliver receipt like the one below, format depending on the delivery vendor assigned to your shipment, will be downloaded to your device:

Also, for some shipments, depending on the shipment type and requested service, you can download the below document types:

  • Appointment Confirmation

  • US Customs Bond 7512

  • Bill of Lading

  • Bill of Lading Supplemental

  • California Moth Certificate

  • Canadian Customs Invoice

  • Delivery Image

  • Letter of Authorization

  • Lumper Receipt

  • Pickup Image

  • Time Critical Supplement

  • Weight & Research Inspection Certificate

  • Weight & Research Image


Obtaining a signed delivery receipt for your last-mile delivery in pCustoms is a straightforward process. By navigating to the Tracking module within the Last Mile Delivery Entity Profile and selecting the Images button, users can access and download the required Delivery Receipt once the shipment is complete. Depending on the shipment type and service level, additional documents such as Customs Bond 7512, Lumper Receipt, and Weight & Research Certificates may also be available. This ensures seamless documentation management and enhances shipment accountability within pCustoms.
