You need to click on the "Directory" drop-down at the left navigation bar:

Then, click on "Commercial Entities":

To open the entity profile to which you want to submit the updated 5106, just click the entity name in the commercial entities module:

You can search and filter through entity names by clicking the filter button below:

Now, it's time to update the entity profile as needed. You need to click the "Edit" button at the bottom to make the form fields editable:

Then, when you have made the necessary changes, just click on "Save":

Once you have saved the updated entity profile, click the "Update 5106" button at the bottom to send the updated form to CBP:

CBP's system may take 4-5 seconds to process your request; thus, to ensure you have the latest data, click on "Latest Query History":

Then, go to the latest "Event ID" to open the status message:

You will see a message from CBP's system in the below format:
