Establishing a commercial identity with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is a crucial step for businesses involved in international trade. Step 1: Go to the Commercial Entities module

You need to click on the "Directory" navigation bar at the left:

Then, click on "Commercial Entities":

Step 2: Open the entity profile

You need to click on the entity name to which you want to submit the CBP form 5106. If you don't see the entity you want, please be sure you created your entity by using the steps outlined here about how to create a new commercial entity in pCustoms:

Step 3: Submit the form 5106

Now, it's time to submit the form 5106 to CBP. If you don't want to make any changes to the profile details and submit them as it is, just click on the "Submit 5106" button at the bottom:

Step 4: Review the status of your submission

Wait for 4-5 seconds so your request can be processed by CBP's system, and then our server can get feedback. Then click on "Latest Query History" to fetch the latest data from CBP:

Then, here you can see the latest customs status by clicking the "Event ID":

You will see a status message formatted like the below:
